These Ajax super custom lists can appear both in the front end (client side) and back end (agent side) where a new ticket is being created.
Topiclists are interlinked such that each list is fed the user selection of the previous list using ajax.
You can of course create as many of your own topiclists as you like to handle any task at hand.
Topiclists integrates into osTicket seamlessly via the osTicket Motherload plugin mechanism.
Topiclists is based on Superlists, another trusted osTicket Motherload plugin, used in hundreds of osTicket installations.

Special Requirements
- Requires 'osTicket Motherload' (a plugin controller for osTicket) which is included in this software bundle.
Easy Installation
Install our plugin in 3 easy steps:
- Download our plugin.
- Extract its contents onto your hard drive.
- FTP into your osTicket installation & find the osTicket root directory.
- On your computer, open the folder 'UPLOAD' where you extracted the zip file.
- Upload the contents of this folder into the osTicket root directory on the server.
- Login into osTicket.
- Go to Admin panel > Manage > Plugins.
- Make sure 'osTicket Motherload' is installed.
- Go to Admin panel > Manage > Plugins > osTicket MotherLoad
- In Allowed Signals: add 'session.close'
- In Enabled Plugins: add 'plugin_topiclists'
- Click [Save]. You should see no errors being reported in the debugger.
To configure the plugin please read the 'Configuration' section of the 'readme' file which you can download below.
You can also uninstall it by just deleting the '/motherload/plugins/topiclists' folder, without any issues whatsoever.
Remember, you have to enable 'osTicket Motherload' in order to activate it, so go to Admin panel > Manage > Plugins, check the plugin and click More > [Enable]
