We ship internationally, on a daily basis, from Monday to Friday only. As always, you will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
The products you ordered will be shipped either the same or the next day depending on when you place your order. Note that we don't ship on weekends and Holidays. All orders made during these periods will be shipped in the next working day. Some delays may occur due to high order volumes resulting to small delays between 1 to 2 weeks.

We are committed to do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If a product is in stock, it will be shipped to you as described in the section 'ORDERING INFORMATION - When will my order be shipped?'. However, if a product is not in stock, the system will not allow you to place an order. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you to issue a voucher of equal value so you can make a new purchase. If you do not want a voucher we will return the money you already paid.
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped it is not possible to change the delivery address.
